Creating opportunities is the heart rhythm of EHAN’s mission.

Partnering to Expand Opportunities for Optimal Outcomes

  • EHAN, as a consultant, will collaborate with your organization (faith, business, clinic, service, hospital, etc.) to improve health literacy and develop a strategy to broaden opportunities for beneficial relationships between patients and healthcare providers.

  • Work in the community to increase awareness of symptoms of mental health, substance abuse, and neurodivergent disorders and understand how they differ for timely interventions.

  • Identify data analysis and tools to target population health improvement. We believe in the value of ongoing, real-time evaluations with the capacity to adjust to mitigate harm.

  • Integrate the corporate strategy to maximize return on significant investments in funding, given ongoing health and education disparities.

  • EHAN is committed to increasing minority participation in research studies and clinical trials. Prioritizing health literacy for trust building is essential to advancing disease prevention and healthcare delivery equity.

  • Work to eliminate the silo mentality that separates various stakeholders to build sustainable coalitions and bridge the gap between public health efforts and communities with health care disparities.

  • Provider bias is not acceptable as a causal factor in approximately 28.5 percent of poor health outcomes in our health system. The practice of implicit or unconscious bias is costly in DALY lives lost and has a negative financial impact on hospital and societal costs. Engaging hospital administrators to mitigate implicit bias helps define the organization's opportunities to meet goals for improving health outcomes in its patient service area.

  • To mitigate the prevalence of preventable and costly non-communicable illnesses, obesity, heart diseases, stroke, cancer, asthma, influenza and pneumonia, diabetes, and HIV/AIDS, EHAN will partner with your organization to inform and motivate behaviors to promote healthy choices utilizing health coaching.
